Many of those who lease public lands from the State of South Dakota will be getting options notices in the mail next week.
South Dakota School & Public Lands Commissioner Ryan Brunner says those leases run out at the end of the year.
Brunner says the lease price will go up a bit by next spring.
Brunner says the demand for grazing land continues to push up the payments.
The state owns a total of just over seven hundred sixty thousand acres of grazing land.
