BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – A North Dakota man accused of driving to the South Dakota town of Redfield to have sex with a 16-year-old girl will undergo a psychological evaluation and a sex offender risk assessment. The tests could lead to a plea agreement between prosecutors and the attorney for Quentin Doerr of Bismarck, who has pleaded not guilty to felony sex crime charges.
Doerr was 39 when he was charged in January. He also is accused of sending the 16-year-old girl photos of nude body parts and receiving nude photographs from her. He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted on all of the charges against him.
