The Peterson Brothers will be featured at the Huron Chamber & Visitors Bureau Ag Committee’s annual Ag Appreciation Banquet. Each year the committee hosts the event to honor farmers and ranchers in the Huron area. The banquet is scheduled for Thursday, December 7, 2017, at the Huron Event Center. Doors will open at 5:30pm and a buffet dinner will start at 6:30pm.
The Peterson Brothers are well known for making viral farming related videos on YouTube. On their YouTube channel ,“Peterson Farm Bros”, you will find videos ranging from flat tires on their equipment, to “Farmer Style”, their parody of the hit song “Gangnam Style”.
Tickets to the event are $15 each for the general public. Farmers and ranchers pay only $3 per ticket which goes to provide scholarships given each year to graduating area high school students. The Peterson Brothers are sponsored by Lud Hohm and Farm Credit Services of America. Many other businesses also sponsor the meal in order to make the evening affordable.
