With stories that aired from April through December, a total of 16 stories were entered with a combined length of 21 minutes. Our Website www.performance-radio.com won First Place in the Best Website category. The News Department now has a total of 10 Eric Sevareid awards after winning three First Place and Three Award of Merits last year. Performance Radio competed against small market stations in South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin for the honors. The awards were handed out Saturday night at the end of Midwest Journalism Conference in Bloomington. Minnesota. The winning stories are posted below.
