Former Huron City Commissioner Pat Haley, granted an interview to Performance Radio News about his relationship and dealings with former Governor Bill Janklow, after Janklow passed away on January 12th, 2012. Janklow and Haley were known for their battles during Haley’s time as a state lawmaker.
