The re-boot of the School Board meeting will follow the same agenda as Monday’s originally scheduled meeting with Dates to Remember followed by Community Input and consideration of consent agenda approval. The Board will also hear district successes and multiple reports including the Good News, Business Manager and Superintendent’s report. Three item’s of Old Business include first reading of a policy regarding custodial fees for the Huron Arena and Tiger Stadium, a Veteran’s Policy Update and an update on Policy D-O, regarding expense reimbursements. New business for consideration includes a change order on the Washington Elementary School project and guidelines for iPad use in the Huron Middle School. The Huron School Board is scheduled to meet for an item in executive session. The Huron School Board will also take tours of the renovation projects at Madison and Washington Elementary schools at the end of the regularly scheduled agenda items. The Huron School Board of Education meets at 5:30 PM in the Instructional Planning room on the second floor, west side of the Huron Arena. The meeting is open to the public.
