With the additional heavy snow and ice around the area come a service and safety reminder for those with natural gas service. Northwestern Energy customer service manager Tom Glanzer reminded customers to take a little time to clear the area around those meters.
Along with keeping good access to the meter, Glanzer talks about why it is important to keep the meter clear of snow buildup.
He also reminds customers to watch for ice build up on furnace vents.
