NWPSHURON, S.D. (AP) – An area of Huron will be without power for about four hours Friday.  NorthWestern Energy has planned upgrades to its underground electric system. The outage, which will affect the area of 18th Street Southwest to 21st Street Southwest from Arizona Avenue to Meadowlark Lane in the southwest part of the city, is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. and run until about noon.  The utility says the outage will allow crews to perform the work safely and will improve the reliability of service in the area.  NorthWestern Energy serves about 678,200 customers in South Dakota, Montana and Nebraska.
