U.S. Representative Kristie Noem addressed a lunch crowd Monday in Huron at an event sponsored by the Huron Young Professionals. Noem spoke as a part of HYP’s “A View From The Top” luncheon series, that gets high profile South Dakota figures to speak on current events and politics.
