Starting July 1st anyone under the age of nineteen is eligible for health insurance regardless of their health condition. Randy Moses, assistant director of the South Dakota Department of Insurance says the enrollment period runs from July 1st through August 14th….

Those eligible would purchase the coverage through private insurance companies……
