Up to 10 soldiers from the 211th Engineer Company from Madison, and De Smet and the 155th Engineer Company from Wagner and Rapid City will be in Huron for the training which will also include some training set up at the South Dakota State Fairgrounds. Both the Third and 21st Street bridges will remain open to normal traffic during the training.
