Murder Suspect Covicted On Beadle County Drug Charges

A Hurley man, arrested in relation to the death of a Hudson man in Sioux City, Iowa, has a conviction in Huron. Authorities arrested Terrance Gardner, in Cherokee, Iowa on Tuesday. Court documents obtained by KELO-TV show Habitual Offender information has been filed by the Lincoln County States Attorneys office. In it, it shows Gardner convicted of felony marijuana possession in Beadle County in June of 2002. He has two prior felonies, opening the door for the Habitual Offender status. He was indicted last week on charges of manslaughter and interfering with emergency communications.
