Heavy rain is possible across a wide area through tomorrow.
Matt Dux at the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls says lots of high level moisture has been flowing into the region.
Dux says the heavy rain will be widespread.
Dux says there may be some river rises due to run off.
The flash flood watch is in effect from this afternoon into tomorrow.
