First National Bank has hired Kevin Moe as Director, Commercial and Agribusiness Banking, announced Jeff Jones, Market President, First National Bank. Moe will serve as Senior Lender working with the Commercial and Ag departments in Yankton, Mitchell, Woonsocket and Huron. He is based at the bank’s Yankton branch.
Moe has 23 years of banking and lending managerial experience, most recently with MetaBank in Brookings, South Dakota. Prior to that, he worked in banking for almost 14 years in Huron, South Dakota. Moe earned a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University with a major in Business Economics and minors in Ag Business and Ag Marketing. He received a Masters of Science degree in Finance from Georgetown University. He is also a graduate of the South Dakota Ag and Rural Leadership program.
Moe currently serves on the Board of Directors for Dakota Business Finance. He was an Advisory Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Brookings and will join the Advisory Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Yankton. Moe was also a former Board Member for the Heartland Area United Way in Huron and served two terms as Vice Chair for the Huron School Board.
