Miss South Dakota Carrie Wintle is preparing to represent her home state at the Miss America pageant coming up Sept. 9th in Atlantic City.
Although, the pageant telecast won’t air until next month. Wintle will actually be heading to Atlantic City in a little over three weeks.
Wintle is using her platform as Miss South Dakota to promote her initiatives to improve financial literacy for children. Wintle recently graduated with her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Vanderbilt.
The public is invited to a trunk show/send-off party for Wintle on August 19th at the Huron Country Club from 7:00-8:30 pm.
This is a donation event with proceeds benefiting the Miss South Dakota organization and Children’s Miracle Network.
