Neitzert says that vehicle description along with surveillance video helped police locate Gabriel. Gabriel gave no indication why he may have punched holes in the tanks…
The case remains under investigation by Huron Police. Gabriel is being held, without bond, at the Beadle County Jail on charges of felony intentional damage to property, unauthorized tampering with motor vehicles and possession of a controlled substance. A court appearance is scheduled for Monday.
