Two men who pleaded guilty to breaking into a convenience store in Wessington Springs in December of 2009 and stealing an A-T-M have been sentenced to time in federal prison. US District Judge Roberto Lange sentenced 19-year-old Kalup McGhee of Pukwana to 26 months of jail time and three years of supervised release. He also owes over 33-thousand dollars of restitution for the theft. Kelly McGhee, Jr. of Fort Thompson recieved a 27-month sentence from Lange and three years of supervised release. He must repay over 38-thousand dollars of restitution for stealing the A-T-M. Both must pay 100-dollars each to a victim assistance fund. The McGhee’s were indicted by a federal grand jury in January. Kaulp pleaded guilty in April and and Kelly in May of this year. Following sentencing both were turned over to the U.S. Marshall Service.
