Will made a significant effort to meet the community, attending Tuesday night’s Chamber Mixer. He says a lot of what he has heard from the Huron residents he’s meet fits in with his main goal of engaging the community with the police…

Huron is one of the larger communities Will has worked in during his 34 year career in law enforcement. He says its too early to tell because he is still looking over data, but says he would right now, support adding a few officers to the department, to reduce staff shortages and overtime when officers get sick or take vacation.
