Miranda Mattke has been hired as Huron Tiger girls soccer coach. Mattke is a 2011 graduate of Huron High, and played park and rec and club soccer here while growing up. She says she’s been playing as long as she can remember
She earned a degree from Black Hills State, and then taught and coached in Henderson, Nevada before returning to Huron last year. She says she will focus on fundamentals in building the Tiger program
Mattke replaces Megan Wilson as head coach. Wilson is taking over as head coach of the Tiger boys this fall.
