Marotteck and Police Chief Gary Will, Jr. were seen, entering and exiting the Commission Chambers at various times over the last three days. The City of Huron, citing the rules of executive session regarding personnel matters, declined to comment, if the executive sessions were related to news that two underage males were caught drinking at Marotteck’s home on August 15th…

Younie is charged with underage consumption and obstructing a law officer. 18-year-old Zackary Cranston of Huron was cited for underage consumption. Moore says based on the investigation of the incident charges against Marotteck are not being filed.
