The South Dakota Highway Patrol says a man, wanted for possibly stealing three vehicles from across South Dakota, including a truck from the Woonsocket area, is in the hands of law enforcement Thirty-three year old Eric Lee Hagen is a suspect in several property crimes. He was arrested Thursday night The first crime the Highway Patrol believes Hagen had a hand in was in relation to a stolen vehicle found in a field near Hartford on Wednesday. The Sanborn County Sheriff’s Officer reported via it’s Facebook page Thursday morning that a blue 2007 G-M-C Sierra pick up with Tonneu cover had been taken between 7:10 and 7:20 am. An hour later that vehicle was reported found in Lyman County. The Highway Patrol says a third vehicle was reported stolen in Presho. Hagen was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and running shoes. He has a tattoo on his left forearm of a shooting red star. His driver’s license shows a residence in New Ulm, Minnesota. Additional information on Hagen’s arrest will be released later.
