The G-S-A referenced by Will is the General Service Administration which not only conducts maintenance at federal facilities but has a police division as well. Deputy States Attorney Jeff Banks says a court date for an initial appearance on the Aggravated assault charges is pending.  Neither Banks nor Will could provide comment on whether a weapon was involved.
