Light Agenda For City Commission Tonight

Only three items greet the Huron City Commission tonight for the Commission’s weekly meeting. Commissioners will consider amending an agreement with Dennis Estabrook from November of 2010. The Commission will also consider amending the resolution that is the 2012, 2013 rate schedule. The last scheduled item is to consider a request to build a fence in an area where a city covenant prevents construction of structure. The area is just south of the Huron High School on Cardinal Lane Southwest. Other landowners have had fencing on the land approved, primarily to keep kids from smoking and littering in the trees near the area, which happen to make up the back yards of some residents on Cardinal Lane. There are no scheduled work or executive session for the Huron City Commission tonight. The meeting begins at 5:30 PM and it is open to the public.
