Lawmakers Starting Slow

The early pace of the 2011 South Dakota legislative session is slow.  That’s the word from State Senator Mike Vehle of Mitchell……

But he says the buzz around the Capitol is the budget with several rumors traveling through the halls…….

Vehle says it’s hard to read where Governor Daugaard’s budget proposal stands…..
