Lawmaker Pleased With HB 1234 Final Product

One of the center pieces of this year’s South Dakota legislative session is HB1234, the Governor’s plan to push higher student achievement by rewarding exceptional teachers, and giving college students tuition reimbursements.  One of the architects of the plan is Education Committee Chair, Senator Mark Johnston of Sioux Falls. He says he is pleased with the final product…
