Expansion and relocation of the HRMC Dialysis unit began late last month. The previous Womens Wellness Clinic will be the new location upon completion. HRMC CEO Erick Larson talks about the need for the updated facility.
Larson said the dialysis unit is not a money maker for the hospital system.
In addition to an outdated water supply system there were a couple other factors in the expansion.
Larson said they welcome any endowments to the dialysis unit.
