The Huron Chamber and Visitor’s Bureau wrapped up it second, holiday-season Shop Huron and Win promotion Saturday at Center Plaza in Downtown Huron. The promotion is designed to reward people for shopping in Huron, by registering their shopping receipts with the Chamber. Twenty finalist were selected for a chance to win the grand prize of five-thousand dollar worth of Huron Bucks, by way of a high-stakes holiday gift exchange….
As the 20 finalists unwrapped their packages, the grand prize wound up in the hands of Rhonda Kludt. Kludt is Executive Director of United Way Heartland Region and says spending the money will involve referral with husband Doug and will most likely be used for charity…
