An extensive renovation is underway in the grandstand on the SD State Fairgrounds in advance of the grandstand’s 100th anniversary in 2018.
During the renovation, portions of the seating area will be restricted during some upcoming events prior to the start of the SD State Fair.
Due to the new asphalt overlay in front of the grandstand along with other renovations, the June 17th racing program at Dakota State Fair Speedway has been canceled.
The next racing action at the speedway will be the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car event of July 1st.
