Price did not indicate what time London called the Brule County Sheriff to begin the standoff. Sheriff department’s from Brule, Buffalo, Lyman, Jerauld, Aurora and Minnehaha Counties are at the scene along with Mitchell and Chamberlain police. State agencies include Game, Fish and Parks, the Division of Criminal Investigation and Highway Patrol. As of 10 PM Wednesday night, Price said the goal of law enforcement is to end the stand off as soon as possible.
