James River Valley Cities Have Jobs Plan

Following a work force development conference in Mitchell last month, economic development agencies up and down the James River Valley are working on future steps.  The conference focused on the need for two to three thousand workers in businesses from Aberdeen to Yankton.  Mike Dellinger, economic development director for the Yankton Area Chamber of Commerce says he has talked with his counterparts, and they have come up with a plan to present to Governor Dennis Daugaard……
