James Harris, a 28-year-old Anoka, Minnesota man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a drunk driving accident in De Smet, that took the life of 16-year-old Zachary Eichstadt. The use of video and audio recording of the sentencing was approved by the Court. Harris was sentenced on April 3th, 2012.
