Attorney General Marty Jackley on Wednesday unveiled his package of bills for the upcoming legislative session. He says one of the proposals will toughen the penalties for meth manufacturers and distributors.
Jackley says another proposal deals with accidental drug overdoses.
The attorney general explains how he decides what his legislative proposals will be.
Other proposals from the attorney general’s office deal with required disclosure of data breaches, changes in human trafficking laws, and changes to sex offender registration requirements.
