South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley will be before the US Supreme Court on Tuesday, arguing the state’s case for imposing sales taxes on out of state, online retailers. He says the case is about Main Street South Dakota.
Jackley says he has been working through many anticipated questions from the Justices.
Some republicans have called the changes a tax increase. Jackley rejects that
Jackley is hoping the Court releases an opinion by early summer.
