State Fair manager Jerome Hertel says the Fair would comply with that recommendation, however they do not intend to have a recreation area at the present time. Hertel says the permanent home is slightly larger than a traditional Governor’s House at 50 feet by 30. A typical Governor’s House is 24 by 32.
