Huron native Jim Kinyon spoke at the election forum this past Saturday as opposition to Initiated Measure 27. Kinyon highlighted the decision to be made on November 8th in his opening remarks.
The forum was Kinyon’s on Saturday as the proponent was not in attendance. Kinyon talked about his background.
After many minutes of Kinyon’s presentation a member of the audience approached the podium to bring up some of the proponents points to the issue. She mentioned reducing the numbers of incarcerated individuals in the state.
