SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT SCHEDULE CHANGES

FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION

THE SOLID WASTE DEPT. WANTS TO HELP WITH SOME SPRING CLEANING INSIDE
YOUR HOME. DUE TO THE PANDEMIC THERE WILL NOT BE A SPRING CLEANUP AT OUR SITE.

APRIL CITY WATER BILL MAY BE USED FOR RUBBLE AND METAL DISPOSAL
AND MULTIPLE LOADS DURING THE MONTH OF APRIL.

TO ASSIST THE CITY RESIDENTS, WE WILL BE CHANGING OUR COLLECTION ROUTES
TO OFFER AN EXTRA DAY OF GARBAGE COLLECTION ONLY, TO RESIDENTS FOR THEIR
HOUSEHOLD SPRING CLEANING. WE PLAN ON IMPLEMENTING THE FOLLOWING
SCHEDULE BEGINNING ON MONDAY, APRIL 5TH AND ENDING ON FRIDAY, APRIL 30TH.

MONDAY’S COLLECT:

MONDAY AND THURSDAY GARBAGE ROUTES

TUESDAY’S COLLECT:

TUESDAY AND FRIDAY GARBAGE ROUTES

WEDNESDAY’S COLLECT:

CITY WIDE YARDWASTE CONTAINERS

THURSDAY’S COLLECT:

THURSDAY AND MONDAY GARBAGE ROUTES

FRIDAY’S COLLECT:

FRIDAY AND TUESDAY GARBAGE ROUTES.

RECYCLE ROUTES WILL REMAIN AS A ONE TIME WEEKLY COLLECTION ON YOUR REGULAR DAY.

A REMINDER THAT THE RUBBLE SITE IS OPEN FROM 8:00 AM TO 3:45 PM
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND SATURDAYS 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM. LOADS
MUST BE SORTED. ALL HOUESHOLD ITEMS MUST BE BAGGED! THIS IS TO KEEP
LOOSE TRASH FROM BLOWING AROUND OUR SITE. FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR
EMPLOYEES NO CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED INTO OUR BALER BUILDING SO
BAGS ARE PLACED IN A CONTAINER UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY. FAILURE TO
COMPLY WITH THESE DIRECTIONS MAY RESULT IN THE CUSTOMER BEING
TURNED AWAY!
