The further instructions involve sending a money order to an address, which is how the scammers attempt to gain the money In addition to the Mercedes Benz, the cash prize callers are told they have won is 850-thousand dollars. Neitzert says the two people they know have been contacted were not duped by the scammers….
The element of meeting in a parking lot is something Neitzert says is odd…
