The battle continues for the Huron Parks and Recreation Department against mosquitos. After a bumper crop during the July 4th week Parks and Recreation Director Chad Schroder said the number have declined slightly.
Chad said another round of spraying took place Wednesday in city streets.
The alley portion will be done in Huron Thursday July 11th. Schroder talks about the type or spray they use and its impact.
He looks for the increase in temperature and reduced moisture to help in controlling the number.
