Huron Man To Be Sentenced For Credit Union Break-In

Sentencing is scheduled in May for a Huron man who pleaded guilty to burglarizing a federal credit union in Huron.  Cory D. Bender faces a maximum of 20 years in prison on the federal charge.  Court files show he got into the M-O Federal Credit Union building last October by using a key he obtained as a maintenance worker. He took money from a safe and used a fire extinguisher to break a window to make it look like someone broke into the building.
