A Huron man facing a felony drug charge appeared Tuesday in Davison County Circuit Court. According to court documents, 33 year old Justin McAllister was arrested in the parking lot of a Mitchell restaurant on March 14th with more than one pound but less than ten pounds of marijuana in his possession. McAllister pleaded not guilty and Judge Sean O’Brien set trial for the week of August 28th. The charge carries a maximum sentence of ten years in prison and or a $20,000 fine.
