One of two men arrested and charged with setting up the fake armed robbery of a Huron gas station has pleaded not guilty to felony Grand Theft. Sidney Malone listened to his attorney Doug Kludt enter the not guilty plea for the 27-year-old Huron man during a brief arraignment hearing Tuesday. Kludt requested a jury trial for Malone, which was set for June 26th by Judge Jon Erickson. A pre-trial motions hearing is scheduled for April 8th. The two got a way with nearly three-thousand dollars. Williams has a court appearance set for April 8th. Both Malone and Williams remain free on bond.
