A Davison County Grand Jury has indicted an 18 year old man from Huron for his role in burning a vehicle in Mitchell. According to court documents Patrick Red Legs and Jeremiah Hart of Mitchell are accused of burning a stolen vehicle and intentional property damage on September 9th. Red Legs pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. Judge Rodney Steele ordered a psychiatric evaluation and set trial for the week of December 10th. Both charges are punishable by up to 10 years in prison and or a $20,000 fine on each count.
