Huron Junior Athletics is set for a new season of youth football. Junior Athletics offers flag football for 2nd and 3rd graders, and tackle for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. Board member BJ McNeill says safety comes first.
McNeill says they also focus on teaching fundamentals
Equipment checkout for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders is tonight at Tiger Activitiy Center beginning at 6, while checkout for 2nd and 3rd grade flag football is next Monday, August 7. Practices begin August 7th for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade, and August 15 for 2nd and 3rd grade.
