Huron Housing Rehab program is funded by the South Dakota Development Authority. It is designed to rehab single family, owner occupied low income homes in Huron. Ralph Borkowsi is in charge of the program since being introduced early last year. Borkowski talks about the type of work that would be done.
Borkowski said he is in of additional application for this years first full year of the program.
