Paul and Donna Christen of Huron and Fritz and Glenda Corrigan of Edina, Minnesota each donated $5-million dollars. The remainder of the $11.5-million dollar cost will be raised through smaller donations. The four-story, 48,000 square foot building will house chemistry, biology, and physics labs, two undergraduate research labs, four nursing simulation labs, plus classrooms for nursing, athletic training, the sciences and mathematics, and faculty offices. Ground-breaking is set for September 30th with a target date for completion in 2013.
