HRMC’s 2019 First Baby Born on New Year’s Day

Jaxson Clayton Ray Etheridge, born at 10:18 p.m., Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at Huron Regional Medical Center, is the hospital’s first baby born in 2019.

He weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and is 21 in. long and was born to Misty Etheridge of Huron. He joins siblings Yafat, Jazmine and Virginia.

In celebration of his birth, Jaxson and his mom received a giant teddy bear donated by a local veteran, as well as a gift bag with a commemorative photo tile and a bottle of sparkling cider from the hospital.
