HRMC Lifts Visitor Restrictions

With seasonal influenza and cases of stomach flu on the decline in the Huron area, the Huron Regional Medical Center has lifted visitor restrictions. The hospital restricted visitors to those over 12 years old, in good health and free of recent respiratory flu symptoms on January 30th. Even though the restrictions have been eased, hospital officials say a patient resting is still a big part of their recovery and encourage well wishers to use alternate methods to send their thoughts to patients. H-R-M-C suggests sending flowers, a card a gift or placing a phone call to a patient. You can also send an e-Card via the hospitals website at www.huronregional.org
