Historic Preservation Ordinance Passes Second Reading

One minor change for the second reading was removing jail time as a possible penalty for not following the ordinance. Ultimately property owners have final say in what they can do. The ordinance is designed as a way to illustrate the importance of keeping Huron’s Historic structures in tact.
