Highway Bill Gains Approval From US House

The US HousRoundse voted to approve a six year, three hundred forty billion dollar transportation funding bill. It would end a series of over thirty short term extensions on funding. The Senate has passed its own version, so a conference committee will have to iron out the differences.  South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says the House has some different funding proposals……
