Guericke Pleads Guilty in Gear Up Case

Mid Central Educational Cooperative’s former director, Dan Guericke, takes a plea for his role in the Gear-Up scandal.

Guericke previously pleaded not guilty to fraud and conspiracy.

He pleaded guilty to charges of falsification of evidence and conspiracy to offer forged or fraudulent evidence.

He could face two years in prison and or a fine of $4,000.
